10:15 AM - 11:45 am - Meet up  and waiting for others to arrive And having Art Jam session with  fellow deviants


11:45 AM - 12:15 PM - Anime / figures / photos discussion ( Tutorial and drawing discussion )


12:15 pm - 1:15 pm - Lunch ;D


2pm - Photo taking with cosplayers

3 pm - drawing competition ends

4pm -  prize giving ceremony


4:30 pm  - Group photo with everyone



5 pm - end of Devmeet






Precautions and reminder


No skimpy Outfits for cosplayers
bring cameras to Stalk take pics with fellow deviants and cosplayers
bring at least 10 bucks for lunch and whatnots
dont forget to bring  drawing tools / backpack for storing essentials
please  watch over for your valuables during devmeet , we are not responsible for
any lost items

-DRAWING COMPETITION-



# simple materials will be provided ( pencil and paper ) you may bring your own art material for the contest.

# Contestants are encouraged to adapt any style of drawing they please (Western/Manga).

# Submit your artwork together with the entry form.

# Judges , decisions are final. Any disputes will not be entertained.

# Prize giving ceremony will commence by the end of the event

# If the winner is not present to claim his/her prize, their prize will be passed on to the next person in line.

# Prizes are subject to change without any prior notice.


# No NUDITY or sexual  or suggestive drawings that can make the viewers to be uncomfortable with the content


# We will list out different kind of themes and you can pick the theme you like and draw/illustrate it out on paper



How the competition works

you present yourself on the counter for drawing competition , we will list out different kind of words and pick Three out of them and make up a sentence which will be the theme for your drawing

for example - :


doll
    fishing
    big


then you can arrange the chosen words to form a sentence like -


'' big doll fishing ''
'' big fishing doll ''


  Once  Someone took the words from the list , that word wont be available to be pick for the next  entry so be sure to come early and claim the NICER words




- Juding will be base on the Creativity of the contestants on how they interpret and illustrate them on paper

- pencil and papers are provided  but you may bring your own art materials for the competition

- be sure to write your Name , Tel. no , E-mail, DA adress (if any) on the BACK of your drawing entry

Since we managed to rent a hall for the event, we have no choice but to ask everyone to Register themselves to the committee if they want to Attend The event.
